How long does shipping generally take?
From when the order is processed, the item will be shipped within 2-5 days (sorry for the wait, I am currently experiencing health issues which is causing me extreme fatigue but I promise you'll receive your order ASAP) and will arrive in the next five business days depending on distance.
What shipping carrier is being used?
The United States Post Service is the carrier I choose to use due to costs and convenience.
Will there be a tracking number available for shipping?
Yes, a tracking number will be made available as soon the order is sent out. You will receive it via email. If you don't receive yours, please reach out ASAP to communicate.
What if my item says shipped and arrived, but I haven't received it?
If you do not receive your item, but it says it's delivered, please report your item as missing through the USPS system and reach out to me personally as well via email or the contact option on the shop, so I can notify USPS on my end.
If the item is lost in their system and does not arrive after a week since saying it's been delivered, I will send out a new package for you ASAP. It's important to me you receive what you paid for!
